The Arturo Sánchez house has been producing the best Iberian products for more than 100 years. These are four generations that have worked to improve the processes and know-how to obtain a unique and exclusive Iberian pig with an artisanal creation. Each of the pieces of Arturo Sánchez Iberian hams have been cured naturally for periods of 5 to 6 years in wineries, with affection and in a traditional and artisanal way. With its slow curing in the drying rooms where the climate and molds in the cellars intervene, hams with quality flavors and aromas are also obtained from pigs that have lived in freedom.
Arturo Sánchez's Hams come from unique pigs, selected for their Iberian breed and perfect genetics. Pigs that have been raised in complete freedom in the pasture, developing more natural defenses than others found on farms. The fact that these animals are free makes them walk more and exercise, making their meat different, with a better texture and fat infiltration.
