SHOULDER CUT 5 JOTASPURE IBERIAN 100% BELLOTA SANCHEZ ROMERO CARVAJAL
Limited offer, 5J products at unprecedented prices
Features:
The best ham in the world! According to expert tasters, this ham is considered one of the best in the world.
SRC pure Iberian cured hams are renowned the world over as a synonym for the highest quality. Since 1879, Sánchez Romero Carvajal produces the best products derived from the Iberian pig, always under the watchful eye of the ham master himself.
Why it is considered a unique product:
Three unique features make the SRC pure ham an extraordinary product: genetic selection, free-range acorn feeding, and unequaled craftsmanship . The orography and the climate conditions make the process of craftsmanship and natural curation - which spans between 2 and 3 years - unique. The tradition is preserved to ensure unmatched quality of SRC.
Conservation: Keep in cool and dry place. Once received, unwrap the cover and paper that protect it during transport. It is essential to have the necessary tools for its correct consumption - avoid at all costs the use of standard kitchen knives, blunt knives, ham stands in bad condition, etc.
These tools must be: 1) medium-sized broad knife, to clean the inside and outside of the ham, so as to allow correct placement in the base and subsequent cutting
2) long and flexible carving knife for a clean cut.
3) Sharpener/sharpening steel
Once the cutting has begun, the ham must be plugged with a slice of its own fat to preserve the flavour and aroma, as well as stop the piece from drying in a short space of time.
Consumption: This magnificent product should only be consumed alone or accompanied by a glass of high quality wine or cava.
