  2. Seasoning: The meat is seasoned with a mix of spices and authorized additives, including paprika, lactose, dextrose, sugar, and several emulsifiers and preservatives.
  3. Curing and smoking: This process is carried out in natural drying chambers, which impart a mild smoky flavor and contribute to its texture.

  • Paprika and spices
  • Lactose, dextrose, sugar
